A brief assessment will be done prior to your massage session to determine the best type of work that should be done.

Manual Therapy

Evaluation and treatment of the body’s response to an injury or postural
adaptation, returning it to its function accordingly.

Additional Bodywork

Active Isolated Stretching is performed in office with the client dressed in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. 

Pricing

All massage and bodywork sessions are priced by time. First time clients need to schedule a 90 minute session that will allow for a more in-depth initial evaluation. We accept cash, credit cards or check. Sessions can now be paid for through our booking system while scheduling. Gift Cards are also available for purchase.
